True to the mission of credit unions, 1st Ed Credit Union staff and members helped to support the needs of their community by collecting donations of non-perishable items for the South Central Community Action Program (SCCAP) from November 13 – December 8.  Donation drives are done throughout the year to help supplement the local food bank and to help the SCCAP in their mission to “empower families and engage the community to pursue innovative and effective solutions to break the cycle of poverty.”
