National Cybersecurity Awareness Month

Since October 2004, National Cybersecurity Awareness Month (NCSAM) has been observed in October to bring awareness to the cybersecurity resources that are available to consumers to help them stay safe and secure while online. As a collaboration between the Department of Homeland Security and the National Cyber Security Alliance (NCSA), NCSAM has grown exponentially, reaching consumers, small and medium-sized businesses, corporations, educational institutions and young people across the nation. Consumers can visit staysafeonline.org to find resources, tips, and videos on cybersecurity topics such as how to safely shop online, avoiding spam and phishingsteps to take if your identity is stolen, and more!

Own it. Secure It. Protect It. October 2019. National Cybersecurity Awareness Month #BeCyberSmart
