Important: Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. When you open an account, we’ll ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your Driver’s License or other identification.

Please use this form to apply for membership at 1st Ed Credit Union, and be sure to include the name of the family member or friend who referred you to ensure that you both receive your $25* incentive deposit.

*Limit 4 referrals per member per month.  Referred member must qualify for membership for incentive to be distributed to either party.  All accounts are subject to our normal approval process. Members and accounts must be in good standing to receive incentive.  Incentive will be credited within 7 to 10 business days of account opening.  New membership must remain open for 12 months after opening or $25 incentive will be revoked and deducted from remaining account balance.  1st Ed Credit Union reserves the right to terminate the program at any time, revise program terms, or refuse bonuses upon our discretion.
