1st Ed Credit Union held a free community shred event on June 16. Members and non-members brought over 1,898 pounds of personal documents to be safely shredded by Occupational Services Inc. Anyone who visited the credit union that day also received a free 3-month trial for SHERPA Identity Protection. Sprint also had giveaways and information on how credit union members can save with Sprint mobile!
Also during the event, we sold $5 lunches (hot dog, chips & drink) and $2 hot dogs where the proceeds went to the Cumberland Valley Animal Shelter! Over $175 was raised and donated.
Thank you to all that donated and helped make the day a success!
