In order to provide an improved member experience, the loan servicing platform provided by the servicer of your student loan account, University Accounting Service, is currently being upgraded. While accounts are being transitioned to the new system, the student loan servicing website will be unavailable for several days, beginning October 30 until November 7, 2020. Once the process is complete, you will receive an email invitation from University Accounting Service informing you of how to access the new website.
If you have an automatic payment scheduled, please know that it will continue without interruption. If the payment is scheduled to occur during the blackout period (October 30 to November 7), the payment will not be pulled until the new platform is fully live.
