How long will it be before my payment or deposit is posted?

If your check is mailed, it take up to 7 – 10 business days before it is received.

If your check is electronic, it should be received in 2 – 3 business days.

What payments and deposits are accepted?

You can deposit into:

    • Savings,
    • Money Market, and
    • Checking

Payments can be posted to:

    • Vehicle Loans,
    • Home Equity Loans and Lines of Credit,
    • Visa Credit Cards, and
    • Personal Loans

How do I set up a new Payee?

How do I set up a new Transfer Account?

Can I change a payee type or transfer account type after it is submitted?

No, you cannot change the type of Payee or Transfer Account. The Payee or Transfer Account will need to be deleted and re-entered to make the changes.

What can I change on my payees?

  • You can change the Account Holder Name, Payee Nickname, Payee Account Number, and the Default Payment Account.
  • You cannot change whether you are sending to a Company, Individual, or Bank/Credit Union.
  • You cannot change Payee Name or Phone Number.

If you need to make changes, click:

  • Payees
    • View Payees
      • Edit – next to the payee you need to change

What can I change on my transfer accounts?

  • You can change the Account Nickname and your E-mail Address.
  • You cannot change Account Holder’s Name, Routing Number, or Account Number.

If you need to make changes, click:

    • Transfers
      • View Accounts
        • Edit – next to the account you need to change

How do I change my address, phone number or e-mail on Bill-Pay?

I don’t know my account number.

Your account number may be listed on the statements that you receive. If it does not show the full account number, try to contact the company, bank, or credit union to see if they will provide you with the full account number. If you do not have the correct account number listed, your payment or transfer may be returned.
