Five years ago, they were Member Service Representatives and through hard work and dedication, have transitioned into new positions. Dianne is the MSR Supervisor in charge of our Member Services and call center staff. Amanda is our Senior Financial Service Representative. She assists members by offering accounts and loans to best service their needs. In addition, she provides education to students, current and potential members and credit union employees.
