FAQs

Do I need to download a new app?

Yes, you will need to download our new 1st Ed CU Mobile app from your device’s app store to continue using mobile banking. As of 5 PM EST on March 4, 2024, our old mobile app will no longer be available.

What happened to my automatic/scheduled internal transfers?

Your automatic transfers between your accounts at 1st Ed (for example: transfers between deposit accounts, to loans, etc.) will still occur as scheduled, but will not be available to view in Virtual Branch Next. Since your transfers will still be in place, please do not add them again within VBN since this will lead to a duplicate transaction. Please contact 1st Ed for any changes to existing scheduled transfers.

This only applies to recurring transfers that you have scheduled between your accounts at 1st Ed. ACH transfers will not be impacted.

I still need help. Who should I contact?

You can contact our Customer Support Center call line at 833-810-1274.
