We’re making changes to keep you safe.

We will be implementing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to access online and mobile banking.  MFA provides an extra layer of protection by requiring 2 pieces of identity verification.

What this means:

After entering a Username and Password in online or mobile banking, you will be prompted to receive a code sent to an email address that has been confirmed in online banking.

When an MFA code will be required:

1.) Every 72 hours

2.) If you have changed devices since your last authentication

3.) If you have cleared cookies since your last authentication

MFA is an additional measure being taken to protect you and your account information.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at 717-264-6506.
