Annual Meeting of the Membership

1^st Ed Credit Union’s 2021 Annual Meeting Will Be Held Virtually

Cast your vote for 1^st Ed’s volunteer Board of Directors! All primary members age 18 and older are eligible to vote at any 1^st Ed Branch location beginning Monday, April 5 through Monday, April 12. Only one vote per member permitted and must be in person to vote.

Due to COVID-19, 1^st Ed Credit Union will hold its 2021 Annual Meeting virtually on Monday, April 19 at 6:30 p.m. ET. You can attend the Annual Meeting by calling into 717-264-6506 or use our toll-free number at 1-888-968-7828, choose extension 6401 and use passcode 3456, the meeting will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m., there is limited space available on the call.

To be eligible to vote in the election you must:

• Have a minimum of $5.00 in your primary share savings account;
• Be at least 18 years of age or older; and
• Be a primary account holder.
  • Joint members who do not also have a primary membership are not eligible to vote.
