Turn friendship into membership.

Do you know someone who would benefit from membership at 1st Ed?

Turn friendship into membership with our Refer a Friend program! When you refer a friend, family member, coworker, or other potential member to join 1st Ed you’ll earn $25* when they open their membership. They’ll also earn $25* so It Makes Sense to Belong for both of you!

New members can earn an additional $50* after being referred by opening a Checking Account with a debit card, enrolling in Online Banking with free eStatements, and setting up a Direct Deposit of at least $300. Plus, earn another $25* by opening a 1st Ed Visa®credit card! With our convenient products and services and this opportunity to earn up to $100* it’s easy to see why It Makes Sense to Belong at 1st Ed Credit Union.

How does it work?

It’s simple: when applying for membership through the Refer a Friend program, simply fill out the section of our membership application that asks for the name and contact information of the 1st Ed member who referred you, or mention it to our team if you’re applying in person. As always, we are here to help by calling 717-264-6506, visiting a branch, or via our Contact Us form.
